Episode 3: Useless Migrants, and a Shortage!

Hey guys,

Here's the LashedWeights summer report. We got our first migrant wave, but it consisted of three dwarves and a child. Really sad. Also, one is a fish cleaner. I don't have a fisherman or fish to clean. Dear Mountainhomes, I do not, under any circumstance, want a fish cleaner migrant. In all seriousness, though, I just made that guy a farmer.

Hey Guys, big updates! Since Mr. Angelo wanted more emphasis on survival, here's our new farm. 

Cavern

I had Eric and Sara, our miners hard at work for about two minutes before they found an expansive cavern. It's really small, compared to most caverns, but it'll do for now. I'm not complaining, though, because there's tons of gold and platinum along the walls. We haven't found any monsters in there, but there is a spiderweb or two, so our eyes are open.

Workshops

Our workshop area is (mostly) up and running.  We have a food and drink preparation area (circled in lime green), a metallurgy area (circled in red), a wood and stone crafting area (circled in white), a butchery area (circled in pink),  and some stockpiles for wood and stone.

Housing and Offices

For now, I have a small, five-bed dormitory room. I don't think we can afford rooms for each dwarves for a while. As for offices, I have pretty bare-bones offices for the manager and bookkeeper. We'll definitely need to expand later.
